Prayer

There is a family that came to our church for a short while and then their daughter was diagnosed with lung cancer, she is only 3.  I have been praying for them ever since they were put on our church prayer list, and I am just now getting around to sending them a card to let them know they have been in our prayers.   I know how much it means to me to get a card or have someone say they are praying for me, for someone to take their time with God to pray for me means so much and I just want this family to know how many are out there praying for them.

I wanted to do something pink for the little girl but a little grown up for her parents too.

Memory Box -- Verona Bouquet die
Spellbinders -- Labels 37 and grommet tags dies
April Rose -- Papers
Sweet n Sassy -- Jesus Cares sentiment stamp set
Brads

I did all the sponging of the dies with ink while the paper was still inside of them.

Another chilly, rainy day here, but more buds are coming out on the trees and it makes for pretty sights when out and about.

Have a great week,
Thanks for taking the time to stop by and your sweet comments,
Connie

Oh my, she is so young! I do not know this family and young girl, but God does and I will be praying for them.

Beautiful card, Connie - the colors are very sweet.

oh, a baby! I will pray for her Connie. You've made a beautiful card which will lift up their spirits knowing some one really cares for them.

What a lovely sentiment to send someone at a time like this. A pretty and very thoughtful card. I can't believe a 3 year old with lung cancer. So sad.

What a sweet card, Connie. So nice of you to send this, I can't image how hard this is for the parents. It's always comforting to know people are praying for you. Blessings! Kathy
