Back from Vacation

Hi all, sorry I haven't had a new post in a few days, I had some preposted while I was away on vacation but forgot to post this one I had done before I left.  I have been gone since August 31st and just got back last night so I am a bit behind on visiting all your blogs. When I had time I did get on and check my emails and was able to visit some of your blogs but we had bad connections at a few of our hotels and there was problems getting on to some of the blogs, so bare with me over the next week as I try to get caught up, I think I am a week behind :)

We went out west again this trip, and if I got some good pics I will share them in future posts, of course my hubby took some Beautiful shots.

Now on to my card I made for a friend at church.

I did a little inking while the flowers were still inside the die.  This is a premade tag so I just added the flowers, the button with a bow from floss and brad , added a strip of paper at the bottom and rounded the corners of the card.

Spellbinders -- Asters and poppies dies
K&co. -- Classic K, Bailey paper and tag
BasicGrey -- Brad
Button
Floss for bow in button
Fiskars -- Corner rounder punch
Gina Marie stamps -- Birthday words

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and your sweet comments, Hope you all have a great weekend!!

Connie

Welcome back! Sure hope you had a fantastic time on your vacation. What a pretty card. Love the pretty colors. Coloring the inside of the die-cut is a really nice technique. The flowers look lovely.

This card is fabulous ... I never think to use 'tags' on my cards but I always like them when I see them made by someone else! Great job! HUGS from OHIO!

Beautiful! How long does it take you to create your cards? Do you make a bunch at once? or do you make them one at a time???
