Basketball

My nephew had shared on facebook that my great nephew had played basketball this year, and when Connie had sent these stamps I thought there we go I have a card to make for his birthday.  Stamped them and colored with markers and then cut with my die. The little flowers/stars came from a border punch I used awhile back and I saved them to use on another card.

Basket ball and shoe stamps have no name on them, colored w/markers
WeRmemory keepers- For the record paper
Pawsitively Pawesome designs - Mini stitched squares dies
Hampton Art - Birthday sentiment stamp

We had some very strong thunderstorms come through during the night, makes you feel like spring is here in that respect. It is still windy and rain but no storms.  They say we may see some sun tomorrow, looks like a day to stay inside and make more cards :)
Hope you are having a good weekend whatever you do!

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and say Hi, love hearing from you!

Connie

Nice card. The school paper goes so well with your images. My son was a basketball player all through school so I'm really liking this card.

With all the boys in your family your friend figured you could use those stamps at some point, and she was right. Cool sentiment stamp, and the notebook paper is ideal. This looks to me like a perfect card for your great-nephew!

that's a great card for a tween, i like the way you used the notebook paper. and the element of three's, always balance well. i don't know how you color these small details (the net) so well.

What a perfect sporty card,. Connie! Love the stitched frames.

We had thunder last week and LIlah Rose barked and barked. Oh dear. I hope that she gets used to it before the summer.
