Butterflies

Even though I still have a basket of stamps I haven't used before I still like to go back and use some oldies but goodies.

Doesn't this card just get you excited for spring to come. We are under a winter storm warning, we may get up to 10 inches of snow, with possible freezing rain to start it all off.  It is supposed to be the heavy wet snow so they are warning people to take it easy while shoveling, I am hoping a young man will come to my door and want to make a little extra money :)

Crate Paper - DIY shop paper
Our daily Bread design - Bird and Butterfly stamp set, stamped with Distress oxide bundled sage and clear embossed
Spellbinders - Labels 18 dies
Paper craft inspiration magazine sentiment stamp
Cheery Lynn designs - Alison's ribbons die
Martha Stewart - butterfly punch
Enamel accents - white

Wishing you all a fun and creative weekend,

Connie

What a pretty spring card! Both my daughter and I are hoping we get a little snow this week-end, but we're not holding our breath....it's calling for a "frozen mix!" (groan)

Before I even started to read what you wrote, I thought "Spring".
It's a beautiful card.
Have a sweet day, dear friend.

So pretty Connie! Yes, Spring could start at any time lol but I shouldn't complain, we certainly haven't had much of a winter yet here in Ohio. Hope your weather man was wrong! But if not, stay in and craft! Safer that way! HUGS

LOVE the card, and yes, it does remind me of spring!! i hope you get a "nice", "cute", "polite", young man to help you with your snow. i had 2 last year....they were so handsome and so polite, i gave them more money than they asked for....i was so grateful!!!

It's such a pretty stamp and definitely a goodie! Yes, it speaks of warmer days which you're probably looking forward to. I also love the dainty, flower sprigged paper on the card base. Sweet and cheerful!
