Flowering Branches

I just love this digital stamp I have for Spring birthdays! I tried out my new Triblend markers from Spectrum noir. They are 3 different shades of a color that snap together in one marker, so it takes the guess work out of what color markers go together well. I bought a coral/pink, green and gray pens and used them all on this.

I also used a bit of green stickles for the flower centers. Using pattern paper for my matting instead of card stock.

PowerPoppy - Flowering Branches digital stamp, color w/markers
Stickles - Shabby Shutters (flower centers)
Spellbinders - A2 matting basics A dies
Gina K - Sentiment stamp

Hope your week is off to a good start.
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by,
Connie

Gosh, Connie, whatever it is about those markers, one thing for sure is they're magical because they made a beautiful colored image! Oh, wait... that was YOU who made a beautiful colored image. The markers just happened to be there. Love the Shabby Shutters Stickles in the flower centers. This really is a pretty stamp. I like how you used DP for the layers. They give a nice bit of extra design, not heavy, and you get to use of some of your stash.

What a lovely floral image Connie. The coloring is so pretty and I like the touch of green stickles in the middle of the flowers. The designer paper looks great in the background.
