I have another masculine card for you today, this one went to my Brother in law. Since I wasn't sure how I would color this one I decided to just go with embossing and I do like the look.
Stampin up -- Provencal stamp set, embossed with black embossing powder
Distress ink -- Walnut stain
Spellbinders -- Classic Sq. lg. and A2 Distressed Edges dies
Tim Holtz -- Vintage shabby papers
Bazzill-- Brads
I believe the sentiment is Inkadinkado?
We have more snow, but not alot... I can't believe how much of the country is getting hit with these way below normal temps. Poor East Coast getting hit so hard with all that snow too. We will be even more appreciative for Spring when it finally arrives :)
Praying that everyone is staying safe and warm, especially the homeless, I pray for them everyday.
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop in and chat,
Connie
Beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by again!!
Hugs,
Debbie
That's a great image to use for a masculine card! They are always more of a challenge for me -- but I shared a masculine one today as well!
ReplyDeleteI love your masculine cards. I definitely struggle with them... Your embossing of the image is perfect :). Thanks for the inspiration. Stay safe, we are getting hit again today with more snow and are running out of places to put it!! Hugs xx
ReplyDeleteThe embossing works so well with this image. Wonderful guy card, Connie.
ReplyDeleteThe black on tan is a great masculine look. I always like black and tan or kraft together, anyway. This looks fabulously rugged and masculine, yet beautiful, too.
ReplyDeleteYou make beautiful cards! One of my daughters' mother-in-law also makes cards. I am so fortunate to have a stack of them that are so useful whenever something special needs to be said. I admire her talent - and yours!
ReplyDeleteHandsome card Connie! The embossing is great for that image! TFS!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards !!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit !
Have a nice week !
Anna
Love the colour combinations, and the embossing of this image!

ReplyDeletehomemade is always better, i know i LOVE it when i get a handmade card....but now-a-days, most people don't send cards and i just adore a handwritten note or card!!!!
