I think these little mouse birthday stamps are so cute and I found this one at the yard sale at my Stamp store so I just had to get it, the next day after making the card I thought to myself the wood embossing piece ended up being too big, I wish I would have made it thinner but I used some good adhesive and there was no taking it off.
Stampabilities -- Amanda blows candles stamp, colored w/ Spectrum Aqua markers
Teresa Collins -- He said she said paper
Tim Holtz -- embossing folder
Spellbinders -- Classic ovals, scalloped ovals and sentiment one dies
Paper studio -- gems
Stickles -- yellow on flame
Thanks so much for stopping by today,
Connie
Such an adorable card.Love the wood texture on the card front and your colouring.
ReplyDeleteI think this is great Connie. I think the wood embossed piece really shows the texture of the "wood".
ReplyDeleteToo cute. I rather like the wood embossing piece. I love this sweet little mouse.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet! Love that cute little mouse making a wish, perhaps for a large piece of Parmesan lol I rather like the wood piece in this size. Super cute card!

ReplyDeleteWell, if that little mouse isn't just the sweetest :) Darling card, my friend.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a beautiful and blessed weekend. Hugs!
so cute! I love that rustic idea for your mantel or table top, Pauline, I don't think it is too large - it fits the design and card size, and it stresses the idea of a chilly winter night, long ago, with more rustic furniture. ESPECIALLY with the pretty "wall paper" in the background. Hope your week-end is sweet! hugs, de
