Celebrate

When going through papers trying to figure out what I wanted to use on another card I came across this paper pack that has great tags and card art included in the pack and I left it out so that the next time I wanted to do a really feminine card I would use it.

I had some background paper that I thought went well with the flowers already on this tag, so I started punching out these flowers.  I added a few stickles (glitter glue) to the center of the flowers. The sentiment sticker was silver so I colored it with a gold pen. Finished it off by adding sequins.
