I haven't used this flower stamp in a long time so when the Retro Rubber Challenge had a tic tac toe challenge I just had to play along. I went with Diagonal which is Birthday - Flowers - Your Choice which I picked die cut frame. My stamp is from 2002.
I added some liquid pearls to the center of my flowers.
- Rubber Stampede - Hydrangea stamp, colored w/markers
- Liquid Pearls - Mint green (center of flowers)
- Spellbinders - A2 Devine Eloquence die
- DCWV - Rustic Stack paper
- Martha Stewart - tag punch
- Stamps of Life - minis4circles sentiment stamp
- Bazzill - Brad
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,
Connie
Another beautifully colored floral creation! The ornate frame is so pretty. How fun that you get to enjoy the air show right from the comfort of your own front porch. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteOh so pretty darling
ReplyDeleteGoodness, Connie, such gorgeous coloring! Love these pretty flowers, and the center details are wonderful! Looks perfect with that ornate frame! Thanks so much for playing at Retro Rubber!
ReplyDeleteI love everything about your card, Connie! The Devine Eleoquence is still one of my favorite dies, and the hydrangea is gorgeous. The Liquid Pearls centers are perfect. When I read Rubber Stampede I knew it was older. This is a timeless beauty with just that little bit of a fun, cheerful look to it that I love so much.
ReplyDeleteOh, that's truly lovely, Connie!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful day

Ahh, hydrangeas......such a beautiful card, Connie. Enjoy the air show. How fabulous you are able to see everything from the comfort of your deck.
ReplyDeleteWow!! What a beautiful stamp and card! I love hydrangeas and can't wait till mine start blooming!
ReplyDeleteLove that beautiful hydrangea! I also have that classic wood mounted stamp, it's a beauty! The background die cut panel is so pretty for this too. Our Cape Cod hydrangeas are not doing well this Spring--the entire Cape--hardly any snow/moisture all winter long. Bummer! I'll just keep coming back and looking at your beauty!
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous and beautifully colored!
ReplyDeleteAs a big hydrangea lover this speaks to my soul! Beautiful job Connie and I love how you did the centers of the flowers. So pretty. 🌸
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful looking card.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend and enjoy the air show.
All the best Jan
Very pretty card with those stunning colours, what a great design x
ReplyDeleteYour hydrangeas are so pretty and the die cut frame sets them off perfectly xoxo
ReplyDeleteHydrangeas are one of my favourite flowers. Love the card, Connie! The liquid pearls on the flowers look lovely.
