Birds nest

 It has been a little while since I have used my coloring calendar images, I colored it with markers, I was going to fussy cut with my blade between the branches but was afraid that it wouldn't hold up well in the mail since I wanted to pop it up off the card with foam dots.


  • Color for calm calendar 2018 - image colored w/markers
  • DCWV - Once upon a time paper
  • Spellbinders - A2 Scalloped borders two die
  • Penny black - Sprinkles and smiles sentiment stamp

    Beautiful card Connie, love the lacy top and the cute little bird sitting on the edge of her nest, fussy cutting in between the branches can be tricky..

    I would certainly only have twigs left if i had tried fussy cutting. The image looks perfect as it is and doesn't detrct from the background at all. Super little blue bird. hugs Mrs A. a
