He Has Risen!!

HE is Risen indeed, these are the last two of the Easter cards I made this year.  I wanted to use a cross and I thought that I could emboss some kraft cardstock and cut them into strips.  I added a couple sticker flowers to finish it off. The background was done with a stencil, the stencil is not big enough for the card, so I inked half the background and then flipped the paper and did the other half.

  • Crafter's Companion - wood grain embossing folder from kraft cardstock, inking and cut in strips
  • Tim Holtz - Rays stencil, inked half the background and flipped and inked the other half
  • Recollections - stickers

How thankful I am for a Risen Savior who died for my sins, gives me grace, guidance, love and hope.
May you all know of this wonderful gift that we don't deserve that was given to us, because he loves us all that much!

Hugs,
Connie
