Time to Party

I think this set is cute for anybody but I especially like it for kids cards, it is a stamp and die set, so I stamped, colored them and then cut them out, I added a little bit of grass with my marker at the bottom to go with the cute flowers. I stamped the balloons twice since the die does not cut out the strings.

• Mama Elephant - Up We Go stamp and die set, colored w/markers
• Echo Park - Fine and Dandy paper
• Spellbinders - Labels 29 die
• Simon Says stamps - Tiny words Birthday sentiment stamp

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,

Enjoy every moment

I brought out some pretty ephemera for the next birthday card I needed, I also added a flower I had cut from a piece of smooshed background I had done with inks. I placed a piece of vellum behind the frame.

• Photoplay - Beautiful Junque ephemera (frame and sentimentw/butterfly)
• 49 and Market - Coral Mini 6x6 collection paper
• Fiskars - Vellum
• Tim Holtz - Funky Foliage die
• Pearls

We had very strong winds all day yesterday and all night, luckily we didn't lose power as parts of the city did because of down lines, there were a few tornadoes that hit an hour or so north of us that did some damage to homes. We went to being in the 70's yesterday to this morning of -7 windchill. Winter is back again with a vengeance.

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,

Get Well

One of our teen boys at church hurt his leg during Football season and ended up having to have surgery on it, tried to make it a bit masculine without being too childish either.  I have had this stamp set for quite some time.

• Art Gone wild - Get well 3D simple circles stamps
• Words to the Rescue - Get well stamp (Middle of the circle)
• Gemini - Torn Edge Circle die
• WeRmemory keeper - For the Record papers

Merry Christmas

Sharing the last of the Crystal arts cards I made this year. I still have more I can do for next year :)

I think this house was my favorite of them this year :)

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas as we celebrate the birth of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, the best gift this world has been given.  May the love, forgiveness and kindness he showed to us in his life, move us to do the same.

Thank you all for your gift of friendship through the years,

Hugs,

Connie

Gnome Christmas

I have a couple more of the Crystal art cards, the first went to my daughter since I was sending a package, and the other is for our friends here in town.

These are so fun to do and I love how they have sparkle crystals in the set as well as bigger gems. If you missed the others in this set that I have made I found these sets on HSN.com, I am not sure if they have any left.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all enjoy this week of festive fun as we celebrate the wonderful birth of Jesus!
