I was so thankful my hubby had cut a few of these out when he was on the silhoutte because I was right in the middle of Christmas card making when I needed this birthday card.
I am loving these phones for teen cards.
Silhoutte -- Phone
Recollections -- Awesome boy papers (for bingo page too)
SRM -- Birthday stickers sheet (sentiment)
Fiskars-- Corner punch
I wish I had an area I could set up my silhoutte and be able to use it at anytime, I think I would probably use it more. I have to store it away so what I usually do is cut a whole bunch of stuff out whenever I get the machine out and if I can't think of something I want to use for someone I go through all that I cut out and see if I can get some inspiration from them. I store the cut outs in envelopes. Where do you get your inspiration from when you are at a lost of what to make?

Let it snow
My girlfriend here loves the snow, since we don't get us much down here she misses it, so I thought this would be perfect for her and she liked it!
Calendar die cut -- image and sentiment
Spellbinders -- Big scalloped oval and Lg. classic ovals
Glittered Cardstock
Cuttlebug -- Swiss dots embossing folder
This is my last Christmas/winter card this year.
Our daughter and son in law left yesterday to go to his parents home. It is always so quiet around the house once they go. I thought I would share a cute picture I took. Peanut was already sleeping when Gander (Amanda's cat) came up to sit on my son in laws lap, she laid down and had her paw on Peanuts and fell asleep. They get along really well and love playing with each other.
Hope you enjoy your last weekend of 2014.
Thanks so much for taking out the time to stop by,

Christmas Eve
Are you ready for the celebration of our Lord's birth? I so enjoy our Christmas eve service, such a great preparation for our hearts!
I have a few more cards to share some for my nieces and nephews and their families and the Joy cards were for my Aunt's and Uncles.
Scrapbook calendar clipart, I mounted the images on cardstock to strengthen them and then popped them up on the card.
Spellbinders -- A2 matting basics A and ribbon banners
Adam Prescott -- sentiment stamp
Stickles added to the tree and wreath
Scrapbook calendar die cut (angel) background clipart
Adam Prescott -- sentiment stamp
My mind's eye-- O Christmas tree paper
Spelllbinders -- Font one dies
I added the glitter to the letters using the Xyron, it didn't work as well as I had hoped it would, glitter was still every where, I need buy some glittered embossing powder.
Using the paper for my backgrounds made these quick to make, I needed to get them out in the mail.
Thanks so much for stopping by, wishing you peaceful moments to reflect on the greatest gift we were ever blessed to receive!!

More clipart images
Here are some more clipart images for 3 other nephews and their families. I took individual pictures but thought this was a pretty good picture of all three so I am just sticking with this for today, have to get ready for church :)
My daughter and son in law arrived late Friday night, they made it her safely, we have been having fun catching up, but the time seems to be going by so quickly. We even had nice enough weather yesterday to go for a walk in the woods together. Precious moments with our kids, even when they are older are so precious and I am so thankful for them.
Hope you all are or will be enjoying time with family.

Stockings
I was running out of time so I decided I needed to use clipart images that were already colored for the rest of my cards. These are going to my nephews and their families.
Here they are individually, I only took one picture of each so however they turned out is what I got :)
Images from Daily Scrapbook calendar
Lilybee designs -- Jingle paper
Spellbinders -- Noble Rectangles and A2 matting basics A
Paper studio Glittered cardstock
David Tutera -- celebrate sentiments
Last night I finished the last of my shopping, I still have a few items I want to make, but I can work on them while the kids are here. Now to the wrapping before they get here tomorrow.

Lamp post
I found this stamp at the thrift store on base, and it reminded me of when we were stationed in England so I bought it, these are going to our two friends we met in England that we still keep in touch with. The little sign had a blank spot and so I actually found a little stamp that fit in there.
Stampablities-- Vintage Lamp post, colored w/markers and we wish you a merry Christmas sentiment stamp
Wild Rose studio -- Annabelle's Christmas paper
Stickles -- Yellow and diamond on lamp post
Wink of Stella -- clear snow
Stamps of Life -- minis 4 circles, sentiment on the lamp post
Here are a couple close up pics of the cards.
I like how the paper in the second card goes with the brick.
Sunday was such a beautiful warm day in the 60's and the sun had popped out, now we are back to bitter cold, I am thankful for those days that are nice that pop up when you don't expect it. Getting excited, my daughter will be coming on Friday, alot I would like to get done before she gets here.
Hope you are having a good week, thanks so much for stopping by,
Connie

Snowman manager
Sorry it has been so long, I had meant to post before I left for a very quick trip to Michigan but I was so busy I didn't have time. My oldest brother called of us and asked if we would like to come to his house this year for a little get together and I had to really think about it because it is a 8-9 hour drive, my husband had to work all weekend and the older I get the harder it is for me to drive that long by myself, but when I looked and the weather was going to be nice I decided to go for it. Can I just say when I got home last night I didn't do much, but cuddle on the sofa with my furbabies, watch shows on our DVR and sleep on and off.
When I saw this stamp at a flea market this past summer I fell in love with it, I collect snowmen and so this was too hard to pass up, my sister even bought me a nativity with snowmen, it is too cute. These were the first two I had finished but I made 9 of these cards for all our siblings. All the same just changed up the paper for the background.
Uptown Rubber stamps-- tidings of great joy, colored w/markers
Fancy pants designs -- Saint Nick paper
My minds eye - O Christmas tree paper
Spellbinders -- Resplendent rectangles and Labels 8 dies
Stickles -- Champagne for the snow and on the star
Button w/ raffia
Well as you can imagine being gone for 3 days this time of year I have alot of catching up to do, so I will leave you for now. Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by,

ODBDSLC 219
I am finally posting my first Christmas card, although I made 9 before this one, it is just that I need to wait until our siblings get them before I post so they don't see it on here first :)
This one will be going to my father in law.
Our Daily Bread Challenge this week is Christmas stamps and I picked this one up at my LSS last year after Christmas. You can find out all the details about the challenge Here on their blog .
Looking at it after the picture has been taken the wreath seems really light in color to me but in real life it doesn't, looks ok to me, I think next time I will go with darker greens. The bow is a separate stamp in the set so I cut that out and popped it up with dimensional tape. The sentiment is from a different company.
ODBD -- Poinsettia Wreath stamp set colored w/markers
Spellbinders -- classic circle and Picot edge circles dies
Martha Stewart -- Border punch
Taylored Expression -- Designer mini tags dies
Stamps of life -- postmarks 2 stamp
Making memories -- ornament brad on the sentiment tag
Although I used taylored expression sentiment and tag die, Our daily bread has come out with a set of small sentiments stamps and cute tag and charm dies you can check them out HERE , they are on my wish list :)
I will post my next set of Christmas cards in a couple days after they have been received.
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by, I know what a busy time of year this is for everyone and I appreciate taking the time to comment too.

Great Friend
This card is for my dear friend and prayer partner. The Lord has blessed me with a great friend and someone I can tell anything to and know it is kept between us and God and we pray for each other every day. This is another stamp I picked up at the yard sale at the LSS. I added some stickles to the flowers.
Northwoods stamp -- M6933, colored w/markers
Spellbinders -- Scalloped ovals lg and floral ovals dies
Lace
Details -- sheer ribbon
Offray ribbon
Hero Arts - All occasion messsages
Stickles -- frosted lace
We have had rain here for the past two days, yesterday it rained almost constantly, by last night our sump pump was working over time, but luckily it was a soft rain so we didn't have any flooding in our yard like we sometimes do with those quick downpours. Thankfully the rain has stopped, it is still cloudy but it will be nice to be able to get out without getting wet today.
Hope you all will have a wonderful weekend.
Thanks so much for taking the time out to stop by and visit,
Connie

Awesomeness
I am hoping that this is good for a 14 year old boy, didn't know if the boy here looked to young or not.
Stampendous -- skateboard kiddo, colored w/markers
Recollections -- Awesome boy papers
Eyelets
I let the paper do most the work here, I fussy cut the boy out and used dimensional tape behind him, on the actual stamp there was skid marks so I tried to do my own, with not much luck.
It is a rainy day today and I have nothing I have to do outside the house :) so I think it is the best time to get all my Autumn decorations down, clean and hopefully be able to start my Christmas decorations.

Gabrielle's Inspiration
When I saw Gabrielle's flip card HERE , I just knew I had to do it for my Daughters birthday card and use it as my inspiration card for today! I loved everything about this card, the style, papers and embellishments, but for mine I wanted to go cutesy :) She gives a great tutorial on how to make the flip card, with measurements. When closed it is an A2 size card.
I also loved her stitching around the card, I did mine by hand, I don't know if I ever shared or not but I take a metal ruler, lay it where I want the stitching and run a tracing wheel you use for sewing along the ruler and that gives you tiny marks, then I go back over those with my piercing tool to make the holes big enough to fit my needle through, if you start on a corner you can tuck your end string through the first stitch, when all done stitching around I secure the ends with tape on the back of my work then tape it all down to my cardstock. The tiny pearls on the butterflies are from a pearl alphabet set, I just cut them apart from the letters.
Here is a picture of the inside, I didn't embellish anymore to this because I had to leave room for what I wanted to write.
Last a picture of it all closed, I hope this image puts a smile on her face, we will celebrate her birthday here when she comes to visit for Christmas.
My mind's eye -- The sweetest thing papers (outside papers that are stitched)
Papertrey ink -- hodge podge papers for matting the image and back sentiment panels
Great impressions -- Sweet chick stamp (colored w/makers)
Hand stitching
Stampendous -- Birthday assortment sentiment stamp
Martha Stewart -- Butterfly punch
Memory Box -- Fabulous Phlox die
Queen &co. -- Chocolate delight pearls
Darcie -- Self stick alphabet pearls
Stickles -- Vintage photo (flower center)
I hope you get a chance to stop by Gabrielle's blog, she does such beautiful and amazing work, not only cards but the most Lovely scrapbook pages too.
Hope your week is starting out terrific,
Thanks so much for stopping by,

Birthday Girl
My great niece is turning 2 next week, she is the most adorable little girl and has so many faces she makes. Hope she likes this little guy. I used a bit of my blender pen to try and give parts of him the look of texture.
North Coast creations -- Birthday Murphy stamp, colored w/markers
Carta bella -- Alphabet Junction paper
Spellbinders -- Peony die
Martha Stewart -- border punch
SRM -- happy birthday sticker sentiment
Stickles -- diamond
Miss Elizabeth-- ribbon
Darcie -- sequins
I am behind on my cardmaking, I need 4 more birthday cards this next week and Christmas cards, guess I better get back to it :)
Hope you all have a very nice weekend.

I am sure you have probably heard on the news that the decision came down from the grand jury that the officer is not being charged in the Michael Brown case. There is such turmoil now in the St. Louis area, so many people are now out of jobs because of the looting and burning of business's. Will you join me in praying that the people doing this damage will stop and find another way of peacefully getting their message across. So far in our area all seems to be ok, all protest have been peaceful.
Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving, I am very Thankful for all the blessings God has poured onto me, wonderful family, great friends and I am thankful for those of you that I have met through this blog and feel I have come to know, such a great way to make new friends.

Northwoods wreath
I found this stamp at my LSS yard sale and I thought it would make a pretty wreath for cards, you could color it depending on the season or the favorite colors the person you are making it for likes. I colored it with markers and then added wink of stella to some of the berries, thinking it was clear like the packaging said but it ended up being silver. It was fussy cut too.

Using scraps
Since I do a lot of 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 cards, and use 6x6 paper pads I have some strips left over and I decided to use some of those strips to make a card.
I have done inking on all the strips before adding them to the card base. All the scraps are from the same paper pack.
My mind's eye -- the sweetest thing
Technique Tuesday -- Happy Birthday stamp set
Craft a roo -- clear rhinestones
Paper doily cut in half
Offray ribbon
Impression Obsessions -- spiral flowers
Foof-a-la -- buttons
It is a cold day here so we are heading to the gym for a work out.
Hope you all enjoy a great weekend,

Super #1
My nephew and his wife are having a super hero birthday party for their son next week so I broke out this stamp set to make his card. For a first birthday I like to do a bit more baby like card but since this was my only stamp for that theme, we went with an older looking card. The only number die set I have the number one looks like a "l", so I am hoping they realize that is suppose to be a #1.
Fun stampers Journey -- superhero's stamp set, colored w/markers
Crate paper -- little boy blue paper
DCWV -- mat stack brights cardstock
Spellbinders -- A2 matting basics A&B dies
Taylored Expressions -- Whimsy #s die
cardboard die cut star
A big thank you to all who let me know that the stamp set I used in the last post was from Stampendous, Pam even found it and shared a link :)
We will be warming up this weekend, there is rain in the forecast each day but at least it won't be snow. I am hoping for a day without rain and a little warmer soon so we can put up the Christmas lights outside.
Hope you all are having a good week,

Swinging by
If anyone knows the maker of this stamp set, I would appreciate letting me know. At my LSS they had a yard sale recently and someone was selling a bunch of stamp sets with these images but there was no name on them (no original packaging) the letters and numbers below was all that was on the stamp set. After getting it home I realized this was meant to be a Love set but I just put a different message inside to be a birthday card for my great nephew.
I hand cut around the image so I could use some pop dots to lift it up, shading on the background with distress inks for the ground.
SSC 160 - STM 2007 for image and sentiment, colored with markers
DCWV -- Earth prints paper and cardstack pack
Fiskars -- cloud punch
We ended up getting over 2 inches of snow, Peanut is not thrilled at all about it, she has taken to going to the bathroom on our back deck so she doesn't have to go out in the snow, at her age of 14 I can't hardly blame her.
Hope you all doing well with all this crazy weather, we are hitting all time records here of most snow and cold for this time of year.
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by,

Cathymac's Inspiration
I started following Cathy after seeing her work on Our daily bread design blog, she is on their design team and she does beautiful work. Here is the card that I used for my inspiration card today. I changed it up just a bit but same idea. The flower I had already made that was left over from another project and thought it worked perfectly here. Also I have two different papers but they match so well you can hardly tell, so I cut a strip of the cardstock to break them up.
JustRite -- Birthday celebration stamp set, colored w/distress markers, spun sugar and broken china
BasicGrey -- Lilykate papers
Spellbinders -- rose creation die
Sizzix -- scribbles swirls die
Pearl pen -- salmon
I didn't notice until looking at it now that the sentiment looks a bit crocked, I wonder why I didn't notice that before.
Check out Cathy's blog and you will get all kinds of inspiration.
Wow can you believe how much of the country is being hit with all this cold weather and snow. We are suppose to get some snow starting this afternoon, only a couple of inches but when we are suppose to be in the 50's at this time of year this is crazy. Hope everyone stays safe and warm.
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and visit,
Have a wonderful weekend,
Connie

Sunflowers
This will probably be my last fall type card, I really need to start making Christmas cards but I don't want to give up on Autumn even though the temperature is telling me it is time to :(
I added some glitter pen to my flowers but try as I may I just couldn't see it in any of the pictures I took.
Great Impressions -- H 230 S colored with markers
Spellbinders -- Marvelous Squares
Gina K -- tag lines stamp (sentiment)
Burlap with Button, the button was hand sewn on to keep the burlap in place
Queen &co. -- Sunflower yellow rhinestones
Kraft paper
I just realized I forgot to write down the paper pack I used for the designer paper, if you are interested just let me know and I will look it up.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and taking the time to comment, I really appreciate it, Have a great day,
Connie

Vellum Flowers
My sister sent me some rub on flowers and I was in need of a teenage card so I thought they would work nicely.... well they ended up being all dried up and wouldn't rub on anymore, that made me think about my rubons and wondered if they would still work. I was thinking of these flowers, thought they were rubons but they ended up being Vellum stickers, but I used them anyway because I thought they would be good for a teen card.
Stickopotomus -- vellum stickers
Spellbinders -- A2 curved borders one
Stamps of life -- standup 4 sentiments
Distress ink -- mustard seed
Pink Paislee -- London market paper
Queen & co. -- baby blue rhinestones
Studio 18 -- Autumn days acrylic gems (leaf)
Well it looks like most of the country is going to be hit by this cold wave coming down from Canada. We had a beautiful day today and I sure enjoyed it knowing that we are going to be having very cold weather for at least the next week or more. Tomorrow it is suppose to rain also, sounds like a good day to lock myself in my craft room and make cards :)
Thanks so much for stopping by and taking the time to let me know what you think,

Embossed Autumn
My last card I made for the church sale, sorry I have no name for this embossing folder, but it is by Sizzix. I have cut it down a little on the left side to fit on my card. Once again I inked the folder so that the background was all green, the coloring of the raised areas were done with chalks.
Oh my I know already I am not ready for winter we had temps in the 40's yesterday and with the wind chill it felt like in the 30's, I only made it around our big block which took 13 minutes to walk, and I told Greg if he wants to go further fine but I was heading back home, we are going to try and figure out what else we will be doing on those days that it is just to cold to walk this winter.
Hope you all enjoy a great weekend,

Autumn cards
I think I love making Autumn cards the most because I love this time of year :)
My girlfriend that had done cardmaking in the past but decided not to do it anymore gave me some blank cards and in that package were some papers that she had started but never did anything with, on the first card she had added the sentiment to the paper but never did anymore so I just used that piece and added a flower and leaf.
Spellbinders-- Delicate Asters, foliage and fall foliage dies
twine
Stickles -- vinage photo
My next card I stamped some on the background and stamped the leaves on separate papers, colored them with markers and hand cut them and gave them some dimension.
Stampin up leaves set from 1997, sorry I don't have the name of the set
K&co. paper
Things have been quite busy around here once again, as you can tell by the time between postings but I hope to keep on track from here.
Hope your week is going well and thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and let me know what you think, so good hearing from you,
Connie

Owl always Love you
I am feeling really bad because I didn't have anything to post on the 15th because that was the day I came home from vacation and didn't have anything prepared for in advance, so I thought well I will just start up again in November, missing one inspiration post in a hole year isn't bad, well yes you guessed it I didn't have anything ready for yesterday's post either. I don't want to make promises but I will really try and hit the November 15th post.
Today I am sharing the card I made for my Hubby for our anniversary. First I must say whenever someone is giving away a digital stamp or image I always save it in a folder with the name of the blog or person I received it from. I had this picture in my Hero Arts folder and on the sheet that prints out it says Hero Arts, com but going back and looking on their blog and Shopping site I could not find a link to free digital images so maybe this was a one time download but if I happen to miss something and you really like this image you can go see if you have better eyes then myself and maybe you can find it.
I was going to put them on a branch but that would have covered up the sentiment so instead I made a wreath for them to be inside.
Hero Arts -- digital image, colored with markers
Impression Obsessions-- pumpkin patch, oak leaves & rake dies
Martha Stewart -- leaf punch
DCWV -- Wild Splendor paper pack
Hot off the press -- Dazzles, black jewel stickers
Hope you all have enjoyed your weekend and the week ahead holds much happiness,
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by,
Connie

Anniversary picture
This year for our Anniversary that we celebrated on Wednesday, my hubby bought me an anniversary card, but instead he made me this wall hanging. The 31 represents the years we have been married, but being that it is a Halloween type scene, I can hang this for years to come for Halloween in the future :)
I took a picture before I put it into a frame and I am glad I did because I just couldn't get a shot without reflection from the glass.
Recollections-- midnight magic paper
Spellbinder dies for moon and flowers
Impression Obsession dies for cattails, dragonflies, leaves, pumpkins and grass
Taylored Exprssion dies for number
Stickers for the raven in the bottom right corner and the eyes on the left bottom corner
Here is the best picture I took with it in the frame, had to take it on the side so I wasn't in the shot but still managed to get the stuff on the opposite wall in my front hallway.
It is going to be quite cold here tonight, so don't know how many kids will we get, we like to see the kids dressed up, fun to see what they come up with to be. On our day outing that we went on we stopped in Canton IL and it was right around the time that the town was doing a munchkin masquerade all the kids dressed up and went from business to business and got their candy so that was a cute treat for us to see.
Here is a picture Greg took of me waiting for the high school dance team to perform.
Here is a picture of the Gazebo in the middle of the town square.
It is neat when out on a day trip to come across some of these unexpected fun going on.
Hope you enjoy a very nice weekend,
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by,

Falling leaves
Our Church held it's Bake and Craft sale for our Benevolence fund and so I will be sharing a few cards over the next few posts that I made for it. I don't know the name of this embossing folder but it is by Sizzix. I inked the flat portion of the embossing folder with green ink. Added the paper to the folder and that gives you the green background. After taking it out of the embossing folder I rubbed inks over the leaves.
Sizzix -- embossing folder
Fiskars -- Victorian wide paper edge scissors
Spellbinders -- Fall Foliage dies
We have enjoyed some Beautiful weather this weekend, but last night we had a storm come through and it is a bit gloomy this morning. We took the time out to go to a couple parks each day to enjoy the weather.

Halloween Treats
I don't have much in my supplies for Halloween because I only make one card a year for our daughter and that's just because it is an excuse to send them something :)
Marianne was sweet enough to share a cute image she drew for Halloween and I decided to use it on my card for Amanda, you can find it Here on her blog . Now she gave instructions on how to color it too, but I just did my own thing so this in no way reflects on her teaching ability. I have a combination of copics and spectrum noir that I color with.
Digital image from Marianne -- link above
Spellbinders -- classic sq. lg. and square swatches
Echo park -- the Apothecary emporium paper
Recollections -- lace on a roll
Taylored Expressions -- Gothic window accessories (bats)
I have my husband hooked on dies now too that he uses in his artwork so I am able to use dies that he purchases that I never would have bought for my cardmaking normally or I wouldn't have had the bats to add to this :)
Wishing you a fabulous fall weekend, we are having awesome weather!!
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and for leaving a comment, I so appreciate it!

IO - Shades of Fall challenge
Impression Obsession has a challenge to use their dies and stamps for a fall themed card. Well since I just recently purchased a bunch of their dies I had enough to make a fall scene. You can check out all the information Here on their blog .
I used distress inks for the background and did a little sponging on the pumpkins, leaves, squirrel and also used markers for the stems. I didn't have a Birthday stamp of theirs so I left it with no sentiment. Also it may look like the tree is on fire but really that is suppose to be a sunset behind it. :)
Impression Obsession -- Bare tree, Oak leaves & rake, pumpkin patch and squirrel set dies
Gold pen around the edges of the card to frame it
Distress inks -- tumbled glass and mowed lawn
Orange ink
Hope the start of your week is well and you are enjoying good Autumn weather, it was just beautiful today and since I am giving my foot a break, hoping that it can heal we took Peanut to the dog park so she could do a little running around, she really enjoyed getting out, even though she is 14 and doesn't have quite the same energy as she use to we could tell she really enjoyed herself :)
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and let me know what you think,

ODBDSLC 215
My Girlfriend that I grew up with, who lived next door to me all my growing up, lost her Dad a couple days ago, now all our parents are gone, the neighborhood just won't be the same anymore.
Our Daily Bread's challenge is to use anything, as long as it is their stamps. You can find out about the challenge HERE on their blog .I couldn't find a sentiment that I wanted to fit correctly in the space so I masked this one a couple different times to make it fit, and used my stamp positioner, I still am not sure I got it quite straight, but I really wanted to get this out in the mail today, so I stuck with it. I also added some light blue ink to the flowers before rolling them.
Our Daily Bread designs -- Bird & Butterfly Labels and All Occassions sentiments stamp sets
My Minds Eye -- Indie Chic paper
K&Co. -- Designer cards base
Spellbinders -- Labels 18 die
Poppy Stamps -- Leafy sprigs die
Impression Obsession -- spiral flowers dies
Martha Stewart -- Butterfly punch
Enamel Accents -- white (on butterfly)
Forever in time -- Pearls on sentiment
Still trying to catch up from the trip, it doesn't help I ran to my Local Stamp store this morning, they were having a yard sale and I found a couple more stamps to pick up.
Hope you are enjoying a great start to your weekend,
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by,

Fall Birthday
Hello, I am back!!
We just got back yesterday from a trip out to North Carolina to visit our daughter and son in law that are going to Duke Divinity School. Finally was able to see where they are attending the University, their apartment and work places. We managed to get out to the coast too, so that was nice. We also made a stop at a store in Lewisville, North Carolina, the stamp store was in an old mill, very cool, and boy did they have some dies there, so yes you will be seeing a few new dies in the future, that is where most of my vacation spend money went.
On to the card, I had this one made before leaving so I would have something to post when I got back, it is already gone out to my brother in law but if I still had it I would have added some trees to the base of the tree.
Memory Box-- Bare Sapling, Flying birds and Grove leaves dies
DCWV -- Crafty stack and burlap paper
Inkadinkado -- Greetings/Salutations
Spellbinders -- Labels trio die
I did a little sponge inking on the sentiment tag. The tree trunk has a little bit of foam adhesive on it.
Well I haven't downloaded any of my pictures from the trip but if there is anything good to share I will post them next time. I have a lot of catching up to do on all your blogs so I had better get started with that and my laundry .... our furbabies want a lot of attention too :)

Leaf Cluster
Back to masculine card again. I inked the stamp with two different ink colors to give it a little more interest. Tied some raffia around the image panel and tied the button and tag on with same piece.
Hero Arts -- Leaf cluster stamp
Spellbinders -- Labels 22, A2 Distressed Edges dies
DCWV -- Rustic Stack paper
Distress ink -- Pealed paint (for card base)
Memento -- Dessert sand (around image panel)
Taylored Expression -- Designer mini tag dies and Many mini occasions stamp
Raffia
Button
Well our router is acting up, so I am having to type this all up on my hubby's computer and I am totally not use to it, so I will end now.
Thanks so much for stopping by,

Frame Border punch
Every now and then Home Shopping Network will have a craft day and not to long ago I saw that Martha Stewart had a new frame punch and it looked quite interesting to me. I saw them the other day while at Michaels and they were on sale and then I had an extra coupon on top of that so I decided to give them a try, and this card is showing just punching out the center portion, I will have to do another card showing how it looks with the center and the outer parts punched another time.
I have used foam adhesives on the back so that the frame is the same depth as the dimensional flower stickers.
Martha Stewart -- Eyelet flowers frame border punch
Marcella -- Ashley Flowers Dimensional stickers
Distress inks -- Antique Linen and Tea Dye
Recollections -- Bling on a roll (corner pearls)
Taylored Expressions -- Designer mini tags die and Many minis occasions stamp set
Spellbinders -- Lg classic oval die (flowers were mounted to it under the frame punch)
We had alot of rain yesterday and last night, so thankful my hubby was able to go up on the roof and fix our leaks so we made it through all the rain ok. Our temps are in the 60's today, quite a difference from our mid and high 80's, so nice to have the windows open again, our furbabies enjoy it that way more too!
Thanks so much for taking out the time to stop by, and hope you have a wonderful Fall weekend!
