Quilt

No card today but thought I would share the quilt I made for my Mother in law for Christmas, when we went to Michigan we gave it to her.


The day I took these pics it was quite cloudy out, so my husband held it up for me to take pics because when I would lay it down it was too dark.  The pattern is out of the Magazine American Patchwork and Quilting, by Better Homes and Gardens.  My husband picked out most of the fabric and this pattern.

Here is another picture trying to capture it better but I think the first picture shows the colors of the fabrics more truer.



And here is some coasters I made too using the same fabric.

Oh my goodness, Connie! This is a beautiful quilt! I love the colors and it is so neat that your husband picked out the fabric for his mom's quilt. You must be very proud!
