Vellum Flowers

My sister sent me some rub on flowers and I was in need of a teenage card so I thought they would work nicely.... well they ended up being all dried up and wouldn't rub on anymore, that made me think about my rubons and wondered if they would still work.  I was thinking of these flowers, thought they were rubons but they ended up being Vellum stickers, but I used them anyway because I thought they would be good for a teen card.

Stickopotomus -- vellum stickers
Spellbinders -- A2 curved borders one
Stamps of life -- standup 4 sentiments
Distress ink -- mustard seed
Pink Paislee -- London market paper
Queen & co. -- baby blue rhinestones
Studio 18 -- Autumn days acrylic gems (leaf)

Well it looks like most of the country is going to be hit by this cold wave coming down from Canada.  We had a beautiful day today and I sure enjoyed it knowing that we are going to be having very cold weather for at least the next week or more.  Tomorrow it is suppose to rain also, sounds like a good day to lock myself in my craft room and make cards :)

Thanks so much for stopping by and taking the time to let me know what you think,

Connie

Pretty card Connie! I have some rub ons without use, I tried once but couldn't get proper result. Your card makes me think I should it try again :).

This is marvellous Connie. I never thought that rubons would dry out. I need to check out my stash and get rid of a lot of old stuff.

These flowers jumped straight from your card to my heart! I love their colors and patterns, and I think this is a great card for a teen. Enjoy your rainy day stamping. I think that's what I'll be doing on my rainy day off, too!
