Cape Hatteras Light

I have got some good use out of this stamp over the years, I colored it with markers this time and for some reason I just could not get the base of the light house to look right to me, so I decided that is where my sentiment would go :) problem fixed.

I haven't used my eyelets in awhile they were feeling neglected so I went with framing the lighthouse with jute using my eyelets to string it through.

I love the eyelets. I think they go really well with the rope for a great Nautical feel!

I really love this card, Connie. The wood background is so perfect, and I love how you used twine with your brads. The lighthouse is coloured nice. Thank heavens for hiding things with sentiments.

Great card! I love the way you threaded that natural twine through the die cut, very creative!

You can use a lighthouse stamp for so many different occasions. This is beautiful, Connie! Aren't those eyelets just perfect for a nautical card, too!

I just love lighthouses … I spent time with one of our Grandsons recently and we were doing a lot of drawing, the subject was boats and lighthouses! I did my best but I'm not too good at art … although Grandson said I did very well - bless him :)

I think your card is lovely Connie.

All the best Jan
