My Great niece is turning 13 soon and when I saw the challenge over at the Time out challenge blog I decided to make a card for her celebrating the start of her teen years!
I saw the card HERE on Pinterest a few years ago and finally gave it a try :)
I found the paper I used for the cone in my scraps pile, just perfect I thought, I used a triangle die to cut it out, then I used a cloud punch for the ice cream. I had a few of these little pieces left over from other projects that I used for the sprinkles on top of the ice cream. I wish I would have thought to stamp the confetti on the background piece before gluing the ice cream cone down but I just felt it was too bare.

OMG... that ice cream cone looks good enough to eat and I love a 'waffle' cone!! LOL Those little birds on the background are probably tweeting the birthday song! lol Fun & beautiful creation my friend! Sure to bring a smile!
