I was in need of another masculine card and I had missed playing with my birds so that is where this started with my bird, and it just grew from there. So fun when you don't have an idea what you want to do but you just start with one thing and let your imagination go from there.
- Tim Holtz - Feathered Friends and Funky Nature dies
- Picket Fence Studio - Slice of wood stamp, fussy cut
- XERE - Green Ephemera paper
- Papercraft Inspiration magazine - Greetings tag die and sentiment stamp
I would like to share my card today with Triple B Challenge and A cut above Blog Challenge
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,
Connie

Sometimes the best cards are the ones that are unplanned. This turned out fabulous Connie! I love the wood slice with the bird, egg and leaves. You picked the perfect masculine background too. Love everything about this card!!
This is such a beautiful card.

That's a ride worth taking! Sweet little birdie and I love that wood slice die cut! Most times my cards direct my path as well! :)

Well, you know I love the bird! The background and wood slice and other elements are perfect with it. This makes a great masculine card!
Nice woodland type card, great dies you used too. Thanks for playing our March Challenge at "A Cut Above". Have a great day! Cheers, Leanne DT/ACA
The combination of the feathered friends and the natural wood slice is such a clever idea for a masculine card. The layering and choice of background perfectly tie everything together into a wonderfully cohesive design. Truly inspiring!
Bird cards are some of my favorites, and I love the little collage you've created on this one with the branches, wood slice, and egg.
