75th

My Oldest Brother turned 75, I was able to hand deliver this card when we went back to Michigan. He likes to play poker with a group of guys every week so I asked hubby if he could make some playing cards on the computer with a 7 & 5 and this is what he came up with for me.  Then I took 3 little circle dies and cut them out, embossed them to give them the look of poker chips.  He said it was neat, so I think he liked it :)

  • Playing cards done with AI
  • Carta Bella - Metropolitan Girl paper
  • Spellbinders - Circle die, embossed to make it look like Poker chips
  • Crafter's Companion - Sentiment Die

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today, Connie

Wow, what a great idea to use the playing cards to make the 75! It's pretty darned cute how you made the poker chips, too, and the "dream big" sentiment says it all when it comes to the game, whether playing for money or whatever. We used to have a regular Saturday night card game or board game with friends. Great memories!

A wonderful, personal card. How nice that you were able to deliver in person, makes it all the more special.

Well that's awesome! I made a Blackjack card when one of my nephew's turned 21. I think this is a great idea for a man of 75! Well played! wink wink
