I went with using some ephemera pieces for a man at church who recently had heart by pass surgery.
- Tim Holtz - Organic Layers Ephemera
- Basic Grey - Basics white paper
- My Favorite things - Label Maker sentiment stamp
- Faux Vintage tape
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,
Connie

A beautiful card and it will not fail in its purpose.
Beautiful work Connie. Time and time again, I tell the readers on my blog that I have trouble with masculine cards and as I write that Im tempted to say "but my friend Connie doesn't ". You have such a talent for masculine cards. Im particularly fond of your Dragonfly.
Hi dear Connie, thank you so much for your kind comment on my blog post today! The flowers in my first photo are called Cosmos...I did not know this, but several of my followers have told me this in their comments. Again, thank you so much, dear friend, and I hope you are having a lovely week! :)
Very nice, I'm sure he will appreciate this card.
All the best Jan
Very nice. Love that pretty dragonfly and that swath of washi tape--great accent!
Such a thoughtful and beautifully composed card, Connie. The soft layering of ephemera feels both gentle and grounding—perfectly suited to offer comfort during recovery. That dragonfly adds a lovely touch of hope and transformation, and the vintage tape detail brings everything together with quiet strength. Your ability to create masculine cards that still carry emotional warmth is truly inspiring.
What a great card for a man. I love the vintage ephemera you used and the bit of washi tape on the side.
So adorable!
