Birthday Tags

Another die and stamp set that I bought that would be good for cards and in my junk journals. I used quite a bit from the set on this card.  I stamped his name on the tag and they are just sitting in the envelope so he can pull them out and look at them.

  • 49 and Market - Tag it stamps and die set, Creative Combo's Stamp and die set
  • K& Co. - Paper
  • Fiskars - Essential sayings sentiment stamp
  • Studio G - Alphabet stamps
  • Tim Holtz - Funky Floral #3 dies
  • Vellum
  • Corrugated Cardboard, inked
Here are the tags out of the envelope from the die set, you can see the script I stamped on the background behind the tags and the faux stitched stamp that also comes in the set.

Close up of the card

I just love the little paperclips you can die cut from the set too, that is above the corrugated cardboard, I cut that from some silver cardstock. The red stripe at the bottom is also a stamp.  Really neat set.

I would like to share my card with

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today, my eye is healing well, still a little blurry but I can tell it is almost back to normal, so thankful!

That is a really net set and you have showcased it beautifully, Connie! There is so much to enjoy right down to that adorable paperclip! This will be a keepsake for him!

I'm sorry to hear about your eye! That sounds really scary and painful. I'm so glad that there are drops for it and I wish you continued healing.

Thank you for inspiring everyone to use their NBUS! Hugs, Darnell

Oooh fun! Love the sweet little envie and Tags! The torn notebook page is very cool too! And of course I adore the collage style of it all! Great news about your eye--slow and steady!

I mostly stopped by to see how you are doing. Very happy to hear that about your eye. Lovely card. I like the idea of him able to pull out the tags and look at them.

Your layered tag design feels so creative with the mix of corrugated cardboard, vellum, stamped script, and those tiny die cut paperclips adding such a fun metallic touch, and I enjoy how the envelope full of pull out tags gives the whole piece an interactive feel while the bold red stripe, the faux stitching, and the textured elements all come together to create a rich, masculine look.

Such a masculine feel to this card, as well as being personalized and interactive! Youve got the collage style down pat and all the right supplies to get it done! That little die cut paperclip is the cutest thing! It's good to hear your eye is healing so well. I'm surprised and so pleased for you!
