I have been a follower of Becca's for sometime now, to do any of her creations justice would be very hard but I just loved THIS CARD of hers and thought I would give you my version :) This will be mailed to my friend in England so I tried not to get it too thick, so I used some very thin foam adhesive and made flowers without too much bulk, did a little shaping with my stylus and mat and added some dots for the center with marker.
I love the amazing work she does combining dies together, and in her card I loved seeing the pretty background paper she had behind her die cut background. I went with this paper hoping it gave you the feel of a cement wall behind the arch. I went with more Autumn colors and decided to leave out the Birthday greeting.
Our Daily Bread Designs -- Quaterfoil pattern die
Lilly bee design -- Head over heels paper
Arch die
Martha Stewart -- Flower and leaf punches
Ribbon -- Ellen Hutson store
If you have never been to Becca's Blog you will want to head over, she does the most Beautiful work, a real feast for the eyes.
Thanks so much for stopping by,
Connie
