Sorry to be sharing another sympathy card, I promise my next one will be a birthday card. Our male friend from church just lost his mother. They are also retired from the Military so they had a 13 hour trip to get back home for the funeral which is today. They had a little car trouble on the way, praying they can get it fixed and have a good safe trip back here.
Did some simple stamping on the designer paper, thought this stripped paper would be nice for the background.
Graphic 45 -- Curtain call paper
Spellbinders -- A2 matting basics A&B dies
Inkadinkado -- Garden delight stamp
Stampendous -- Sincere Sentiments stamp
Bazzill -- Brads
Wishing you all a relaxing weekend, with some time to create!!
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and visit,
Connie

This is beautiful Connie. Perfect for the sad occasion.
You have certainly needed a lot of sympathy cards lately, but it's so good of you to prepare a special card for each friend. This is beautiful. Love how you stamped directly onto the designer paper.
It is thoughtful and beautiful, even though the occasion is sad!!
Oh, Connie, this is just simply superb, very clever work, perfect for the occasion...
Pray with you that they travelled home safely and the Lord will comfort them in their loss,

Oh, Connie, you have been making a lot of sympathy cards lately. So sorry, and I pray that this dear family will have a safe trip back for the funeral and be comforted. Your card is beautiful and delicate, and I love how you've stamped on the DP! Beautiful, my friend, and you always stamp with such a heart of love and care! Hugs!
People so appreciate a thoughtful pretty card in their time of sorrow. It is really nice of you, Connie.

You have such a sweet and kind heart, Connie. This card if perfect for your friends. I am so sorry to hear of their loss...
Hugs and blessings!
I love your take on a masculine sympathy card -- I'm sure he will appreciate your thoughtfulness!
Sympathy cards are so hard to write. I'm sure that you want to move on to a more cheerful topic, but I am sure that your handmade cards touch the hearts of those in need of knowing that they are loved and thought of . . . much more than a bought one. When you make it my hand, it was made with much love.
This is a beautiful design Connie. I really like the striped paper background, and the layering of the foliage is really lovely.
Perfect for a guy!
I'm sorry for your friend's loss.
Thanks for coming by and saying "hi".
