A man at our church had to go through heart surgery to repair blockage of 5 of his arteries, I had heard of a double and triple but never 5 before. This is the card I sent him, he is doing very good now, other than they can't seem to get his blood pressure at a good place, but he looks great.
I first stenciled the rays background and then heat embossed the trees with black embossing powder and added the die cut birds.
Inkadinkado -- Fall Trees silhouette
Tim Holtz -- Rays Stencil
Spellbinders -- A2 matting basics A die
Pebbles Inc. -- Rubon sentiment
Memory Box -- Flying bird dies
Thanks so much for stopping by today and taking the time out to let me know you did,
Connie

Oh wow, hope he's doing well. This card will let him know you are thinking of him. Love your background and those pretty tree silhouettes.
I do hope the man from your church continues to recover well ...
That card is just perfect
All the best Jan
5 arteries! I do wish him well. He is going to love this card :)
Connie,
Perfect card for a gentleman! I hope he does well and has a speedy recovery. I know a few folks who had 5 repaired. Before that, I thought 4 was the max as well. Hope all is well with you!

A man from our church also had to have five arteries unblocked but he is doing well now & I hope this gentleman also improves.
The card is just wonderful with the sunrays behind the tree silhouettes. I love that!
My dear Connie, you always make the most wonderful cards for men. I just love this one and I'm sure it was a blessing to the gentleman you sent it to.
Enjoy your day, my friend. Hugs!
Oh, sweet Connie, you do make such wonderful masculine cards, and this is wonderful as well. I love the sponging to show the sunshine this man will feel each day he gets stronger and heals. It's beautifully done. And I have heard of heart surgery to repair five blockages...but not often. It's amazing what God has allowed doctors to do today. Praise Him for His mercy, and I know this man and his family are happy he is doing fairly well. Hugs, sweet friend! xoxo
The trees silhouette looks wonderful over the sun ray background! This card has hope and wellness written all over it. I hope he continues to do well. Your card will certainly cheer him.
a perfect card Connie, I love tree scenes!
Hope your friend is improving slowly.
