Flower Bouquet

I needed this card made just before we went on our trip so I grabbed for my Hunkydory collection with images already to go, the sentiment is from the same pack. The images have a silver border around them that was hard to photograph without the shine.

I diecut the bottom of the card after I had added the paper to the front. I only diecut the front I left the back plain.

Hunkydory -- Flutterbye wishes (image and sentiment)
Spellbinders -- A2 scalloped borders two
Recollections -- Iridescent rhinestones

It is another scorcher here today, we went to the flea market this morning, some of it is outdoors and the rest is inside the building, I got quite overheated, hubby said I didn't look to good when we got inside.  I hope this changes at some time, I just can't seem to take heat well anymore.  Didn't find anything either, well nothing I was willing to pay the prices they were asking anyway.

Hope you are enjoying a nice weekend,
Thanks so much for stopping by,

Connie

Connie, I hope that you are feeling better. I don't do well in the heat either.

What a gorgeous card. I love that color of pink. Gorgeous diecut bottom!

Connie, your cards are delightful. I know that everyone that receives one, treasures it and the sweet girl that took the time to make them a handmade card. You are a sweetie.
Have a lovely day.
Connie :)

Your card is beautiful Connie! Love that die cut border edge ... I have that die set and never think to use it! Thanks for inspiration! I hear ya on the 'heat thing' ...
We were at an outdoor graduation party yesterday (Saturday) and even though it was under an open sides tent I was struggling so we left a bit early. I couldn't believe that even with the A/C on high in the car I was sweating up a storm! Looked at the thermostat ... said 94 .. well no wonder I was a mess! LOL Was happy to get back home in my cave where it was VERY cool and comfy!

Oh, my gosh, that's very pretty, Connie! All that lovely pink and the fancy edge and ready to go flower image made a gorgeous combination. It's supposed to be warm here today, but not a scorcher. I've definitely got plans that involve being outside all day.

What a sweet card. I like how you die cut the bottom. Sorry you didn't fibd anything at the flea market. I tend to buy books. On my last trip Al bought me a hat. Now I want more of them. Stay cool. Have a great week.

Love the design of this card, and it is my favourite colour.

We've had very warm/hot temperatures in the UK recently ... I really don't like it too hot, so important to keep well hydrated.

Take care, hope you can keep cool

All the best Jan

Hi Connie, such a gorgeous card you designed. I love the pink summery look of it and the romantic feel too. Hope you are feeling a bit better and tolerating the heat okay. I know it's easy to become overheated especially when it's humid too.
Have a great week. Hugs!!
