Two step stamping

For some reason I have been having problems lining up the multi stamping stamps that make flowers and birds look real, I had decided I am not buying anymore, well then I saw this set that had only two steps and I thought well I should be able to handle that and I do like the results, I am determined not to give up on the stamps I have already bought, just no new ones :)

I am also trying to challenge myself that if I use something new, I need to try and use something old too. Well I have had the Martha Stewart punch around the page punches for some time and haven't used them so I decided to use that to mount my pretty flower onto, it kind of gives it the look of a trellis behind it after I had finished punching.

Tonic Studio's - Bunched Bouquet Set I stamp set
Martha Stewart - Punch all over the page Diamond Rings Pattern punch
My Mind's eye - The sweetest thing paper
Stamp in up -enamel shapes

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,

Connie

Very nice work, Connie. You did an excellent job with the double stamping. Your "trellis" is an elegant touch.

YAYYYYYYY! So glad there is someone else on the planet who is accustomed to calling this stamp style "2 step stamping" instead of "layered stamping". LOL Does this mean we are stamping dinosaurs, Connie? Your flowers are lovely! Your background is GORGEOUS! hugs, de

Success! The flowers look great! I'm sure you'll figure out and get better at using your other sets, too. I really like the punched background. It totally looks like a die cut and it's so pretty!

The pinched background is so pretty, and there’s nothing wrong with your stamped flowers! A beautiful card.
