Sending Sunshine

Back to sharing more of the cards I have sent to those in my church, every time I use this die I make two cards, it only makes sense since you can use the innies on each card.

This first one I used yellow card stock for the base and then cut another using pattern paper and put them together, using ephemera piece for my focal, and I cut my sentiment strip into a banner shape,  this came together very quickly.

Taylored Expressions - Ray of Sunshine die
Tim Holtz - Botanicals Layers
Fiskars - Essential sayings stamp
Gem

In my next one I layered a couple flower punches, added some punch leaves and butterfly, again cutting my banner with scissors.  I went with adding some glitter to the center of my flower.

Fiskars - Flower punch
Art Glitter - Bananan
Martha Stewart - Leaf and butterfly punches

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and saying Hi,

Connie

Your card is so joyful. Great design. I love this die and how you made 2 cards with it. You must be known as the card lady at your church.

Oh yes, I agree, if you make one you might as well make two! Both are great with the floral centers.

Two pretty floral cards and a great way to make two using both parts of the frame. The sunflowers are gorgeous.
