Ornament Swag

I am once again going to try and make Christmas cards every month so I am not overwhelmed at the end of the year. In my stamp group we are doing challenges every month again and this months challenge was to use our dies.

I did not use this die last year so I thought I would break it out this year once again.

  • Frantic stamper - Ornamental Swag die
  • Spellbinders - Candlewick Rectangles and Holiday sentiment dies
  • Recollections - Christmas plaid and Christmas embossed papers
  • Sequins

  • Frantic stamper - Ornamental Swag die
  • Spellbinders - Wreath and Holiday sentiment dies
  • Lilybee designs - Jingle paper
  • Nuvo - Golden sunset glitter drops

  • Frantic stamper - Ornamental Swag die
  • PPD - Wavy stitched rectangle set die
  • Cardmaking & papercraft - sentiment tag
  • My Mind's eye - Snowed in winter papers
I have a few more that I want to do by the end of this month so we will see.
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,

Connie

Three beautiful cards here Connie! Love the shimmering ornaments on your fur swag. At first glance, I thought the second one was stitched and then I realized it was on polka dotted paper. What a great look!

Wow, you have made an excellent start in the making of pretty Christmas cards, Connie. These three are beautiful. Love those little ornaments. They looks so delicate...and so pertty. I can always depend on you, sweet Connie, to remind me that Christmas is coming around again sometime in the future. =)

Such a good idea. This gives you lots of time to play and have fun and not be in a rush just before Christmas.
Your handmade cards are such a delight.

This is a darling die, and perfect for multiple cards. Good for you for getting a jump start. I just ordered Christmas paper from Scrapbook.com so I can get a head start too. Now to find where I put it. My cousin and I have been organizing my stamp room for the last two days and have no idea where I put a package of 12 x 12 Buffalo Plaid cardstock.

Well aren't you clever to do these! I don't think I ma that well planned out as yet lol Loving that ornamental swag die, you have used it so perfectly on each creation! I think my favorite is the one with the pretty plaid background! Merry Merry!

They are fantastic, Connie! I plan on doing the same this year, even though I still have this year's card mostly done. I've become so slow in doing everything! Next week, I have my next eye surgery. Then we will determine if I can't live without having the 3rd (not the third eye LOL, the third surgery). Have a great week! hugs, de
