I went searching through my goodies to see what I could use for the couple Valentines I made this year, and I found some stickers that I have had for a very long time, and then I remembered that many years ago Birgit had sent me these ephemera pieces they already had glitter on them, I have used them many years in the past and still have a couple left over for next year :)
- images from friend
- paper from scrap pile
This next one is stickers I had.
- Provocraft - Sweetheart kids stickers
- Susan Branch - quotes sticker on tag and the little hearts
- Spellbinders - Decorative Labels eight and Back to Basics tag dies
- Brad
I would like to share my card with the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge Hearts
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,
Connie

How adorable. Great cards. I especially love the truck, a perfect boy card! P.S. Every time I open your blog I smile at the snowman in the yard. It just makes my day to see it!
Great cards, Connie. Very creative.
Super cute cards.
That dump truck is so cute. The sparkly hearts really stand out. The stickled girl is so sweet.
So cute!
Your cards are so cute! My grandson would love the dump truck card as you know.
Gosh, cute! The dump truck is carrying a load of love and looking pretty with the paper and hearts and sparkle! I love the frame you used on your second card. It looks just as good with this fun image as it would with something glamorous!
My little piggy has a wagon full of hearts, yours is a whole truckload... *laugh*
So cute! xoxo

So cute. Love the truck!
Lovely cards especially the truck one . . .
All the best Jan
this evoked such a great childhood memory. i LOVED valentines day, the mailbox and all those little cards share!! the first one AWESOME!!!
both cards are adorable! the truck is so cute!
The mix of long‑saved stickers and Birgit’s glittered ephemera gives these Valentines such a warm, nostalgic feel. The dump truck overflowing with hearts is especially charming, and the way you paired it with the scrap‑pile papers makes the whole scene pop. The second design has a lovely balance too, with the framed tag and those sweet little details pulling everything together.
