I recently used this die for my hubby's coworker who loves gaming but this time it went to a preteen boy who also loves games on the computer and video hand held games. I actually used the sentiment die that comes with it also. I used another piece of the wood veneer cardstock I bought from Amazon to look like it is sitting on a wood table. I colored in the controls with metallic markers.
- Spellbinders - You've got game dies
- Cardstock warehouse - Wood Veneer Cherry collection card stock
- We R Memory keepers - For the Record paper
I would like to share today's card with the Word Power Challenge
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,
Connie

A very fun card, and perfect for a teen age boy who loves to play games.
What an awesome card!!! So fun and uniquely designed!
The wood veneer is very cool! This is a fun and manly card for a pre-teen gamer. What a great die set!
The wood veneer base gives the whole scene a grounded, realistic feel, and the way you paired the gaming elements with the metallic accents makes the controls pop so well against the softer background. The sentiment die integrates cleanly without overpowering the focal point, and the mix of textures between the veneer, patterned paper, and detailed die cuts creates a great sense of depth that suits a preteen gamer perfectly.
You always do a great job at creating cards for teens! This is perfect!
