Flower Thanks

This was my last thank you for my friend that loves pink.... She is probably getting tired of pink cards from me :)  This was quick card, the background is printed this way so all I had to do is stamp out the petals and the flower center stamp the thanks sentiment on it and add a little wink of stella clear glitter pen and I was done.  The paper I used for the petals was in my scrap basket and I am not sure who makes it.

My mind's eye -- Lost and found paper 2 for background
Stampendous -- Petal plus stamp set for flower and sentiment
Wink of stella -- Clear glitter pen

It is so hard to believe that a couple of days ago we had a high of 66 degrees and Sunday night we are to have a low of 4 degrees.  Such a difference in weather.  Hope you all are doing well whatever weather you are having.

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today and I hope you have a fun and creative weekend,

Connie

Oh, Connie, I don't think she will ever tire of your pink cards. This is beautiful with the DP scrap you've used, and I love the flowers that you've placed just off the card. With the glimmer of the Wink of Stella, I imagine it's far prettier in real life - they always are. She's going to love it! Ooh, that's a big change in temperature, and 4 degrees....I don't think I could survive that cold anymore. We are going to have lows in the high 50's on Monday here in South Florida, and that's cold for me. What a wimp! LOL! Sending up warm hugs, sweet friend!

Hi Connie, What a beautiful thank you card in pinks. Your friend will never tire of these beauties you design using this pretty color. Love the details on the petals too. She will love it.

Wow what a drastic drop in temp. We went from the upper 60's to the mid 40's and below today. Being in Texas, we really feel it being cold, but I can't imagine going down to 4 degrees. Reminds me of growing up in Michigan!
Stay warm and have a nice weekend. Hugs to you sweet friend!

All terribly pretty in pink! I love that background paper and the flower is very sweet. It sounds freezing over there. It sounds, to me, like a perfect day to stay inside and make some more gorgeous cards.

Beautiful card Connie! I love the way you have stamped the petals. I love pink too and would never tire of getting a 'pretty in pink' card like this. It's cold here too and we having another snowstorm this weekend. Gotta love winter... One good thing is it does give us more crafty time :)

Hi Connie,
I have been scrolling through some of your cards that I have missed while I was away. I wanted to check out some of your Christmas cards!!! They are all beautiful as I expected.....I love the white snowflake card, so so pretty!

Cold and snowy here, though its been so warm. The snow didnt accumulate and you can still see bare ground which is unusual for us here, this time of year.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend,
Linda

I doubt your friend would ever tire of something so pretty! Love the DP, and the flower on the side is so cute. Neat idea to stamp the sentiment on a petal. Nice way to use up scraps, too. That's a weirdly huge drop in temperature! Hope you're staying cozy!
