Cup of Cocoa

Since I don't drink coffee and plus only hot cocoa should have a peppermint stick with it, I am going to say this is a cup of hot cocoa, and that is for the "C" challenge with my stamp group, nothing like getting them done on the last day of the month.

I colored each one with a different medium.  My hubby and I have our favorites and they are totally different.

I didn't use any Christmas papers or ribbon on this, and used my Spectrum Aqua markers to color it.

I think I told myself at the beginning of the year I should do at least 5 a month and here I am with only 3, but I guess that is better than none.

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and hope you are enjoying a nice weekend.  Even though it is on the chilly side the sun is shinning bright and that makes this girl happy :)

Wonderful use of color on your delightful cards, Connie! I especially like the scallop edges on each creation, and that beautiful border punch on the holly paper at the end. I don't own that MS border punch. By any chance, do you have the name of it written down? It is AMAZING! Wishing you a great day. hugs, de

Ooops! Never mind! I see that it is no longer available anywhere, and I'd be hesitant to buy it used unless I knew the person. THANK YOU for sharing your gorgeous creations with us, Connie! xx

Connie, I love how they are all the same picture but so different with the various colors and backgrounds/ribbons. I think the second one is my favorite. I love those blues!

Look at you getting some Christmas cards done! Better than me, I think. I've only done 8 this year. I do have some others started, but won't count them till I have the whole batch. I love these, Connie! The cup of cocoa is so cute and cheery. It's hard to pick a favorite, but I'm partial to yellow so maybe the first. Good job!

These are soooo YUMMY! I love how you got all of the different looks, each one so pretty. Almost makes me wonder why we all own so many stamps, I mean look what you can do with ONE lol. Maybe I'll just keep that thought to myself :P

So cute!! I love the image a lot and you coloured them so well. Love the ribbon on the first and second cards and the contrasting colours. Your last card looks great in the golden yellow.
