I was thinking something like, that is Happy Birthday in cat talk. As you can tell I am not that clever :)
These papers were all in my scrap bin so I went with polka dots, a friend gifted me a few of these speech bubble stickers, so I white embossed the sentiment onto the sticker and the balloons are dies and everything from the cat set were stamped and die cut. I threaded the jute string through the cat before applying it to the background using foam tape.

Great card, Connie! Love how the cat is holding balloons. The sentiment you came up with for the inside is cute. If you're not happy with that try googling something feline for your card.
I love it! I probably would write something about the birthday being purrfect, but I think anything would be fine. I sometimes google sentiments for insides of cards, too.

Oh, my, your skinny kitty is cute and hilarious! You've had some good suggestions for the inside sentiment. The good stuff only comes to me when I'm not trying. I'd probably do something like "hope your day is purrr-fect".
