I have been sharing a lot of cards using the wren out of this stamp set and I am finally using the robin. Also using my shiplap die again but this time on just bottom portion of the card. The top portion was made using up ink that was on my mat after doing other backgrounds, instead of wiping it up I ran some water color paper through it, later adding some gold splatters and liked the results. Also adding some Autumn berries to the mix, which I fussy cut.

I love that beautiful ink smooshed background -- I've been having a lot of fun with that technique myself of late. Beautiful fall card!
OH! Very pretty Connie! Beautiful Background!
😍
Connie, I have missed seeing all your lovely handiwork. It will take me time to catch up so I will just start with this card. I love all things birds and your robin is so sweet. I love the splattered colors. ♥
Autumn Beauties is the perfect title for this Fall Fest of colors, Connie! Almost looks like one of your lovely excursion photos! That splash of color in the background is a beautiful way of expressing the Autumnal celebration in your area! Unfortunately, we don't share those colors in Florida, except when the "small" crape myrtles turn golden orange and drop their leaves LOL hugs, de
Your stamps and dies are gorgeous but I looooooove that background! How beautiful!
Wow! The background is fantastic! It makes me feel like watercoloring. Really love the shiplap and the pretty little robin. These bird stamps are the best!

I feel this card is rather akin to looking at a lovely painting. Love the effect you achieved with the ink for the background. It is lovely. Sweet little bird, too. Connie, you just get more creative with every new card.
