Unstoppable

My Goddaughter was recently in a roll over accident after she had a seizure and hit an over pass. Thankfully no one else was hit and the lady that saw the accident said she rolled over 6 times and landed on her roof. The lady was able to unbuckle her and drag her out of the car, she thought she smelled gas and wanted to get her out just incase.  My Goddaughter has many scraps and bruises, but talking to her mom I found out that through test they ran they found other problems they will be dealing with in future appointments, so I got onto making a card with a positive message which she needs at this time.  Having God by our side in our scariest times of uncertainty is what we have to hold onto. She is 31 but never told old for a reminder from her Godmother who is in control and will lead her through this time.

I used watercolor paper to stamp the flowers on and water colored the flowers.

Stampendous - Flower field stamp on watercolor paper w/Daniel smith watercolor paints and Spectrum Aqua marker for yellow flower
Memory Box - Stitched Rectangle layer die
Craftaroo - clear gems
Simon Says stamps - You got this sentiment stamp

I hope you are enjoying a great start to your weekend,
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and say Hi,

Connie

Oh my goodness, what an horrendous accident for your goddaughter to have to go through. You must be all so very thankful she is okay. Thankful too, that the doctors have found other issues that can now be attended to. Your card, Connie is beautiful. Love the sentiment that God is indeed stronger than what we are going through and that with Him by our side we are unstoppable. Thinking of you and your goddaughter, and her family. Xx

That's a beautiful and encouraging message to go with your cheerful flowers. The accident was terrible and scary and now they have more trials to face. A card from you now and then will be uplifting.

Perfect card, Connie.. wow! The Lord's mercy is wonderful..through a dreadful accident they've been alerted to matters needing attention. Happened recently in our family.. accidents could have been much worse in both incidents. Eg quadriplegia or even death. God is good especially when it hurts.
Thanks for sharing, and may God bless and keep you and all whom you love safe and well.
Prayer hugs, Shaz in Oz. X

Oh, dear Connie, what a terrible accident! Praise God that she survived and was able to get out of the car. Praying that she will recover and heal well as the doctors deal with other problems in the future. Yes, we all must remember that God is always in complete control -- even in the scariest times like this one. What a beautiful card you've made for her, and I love the sentiment with your beautiful flowers. The DP in the background is perfect with the flowers. Praying for you and so delighted to see the stunning photos of fall you and Greg take! Hugs and love, sweet friend, and thanks for your continued prayers for me.
