It's hard to believe it has been 10 years since my daughter got married, wow time just flies. I went with a faux stitch this time, this set has a cute faux stitch heart that I thought would work for their card. I used some scraps for the background.
- Taylored Expressions - Stitch by stitch & sentiment stamp and Embroidery hoop die
- Gemini Heart die
- Teresa Collins - He said she said paper
- Doily
- Stampin up - enamel shapes
So fun to go through these oldies and give them some time to play :)
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by,
Connie

Happy Anniversary to your daughter. Your card is so adorable. The doily adds elegance. The two hands are nice too.
this is so sweet for your daughter, i really love everything about it. the background scraps are such a good idea and a great way to use up those leftovers!! the sentiment is a perfect compliment to the stitched heart, i can tell a lot of thought went in to this!!

Oh wow....double digits! Happy Anniversary! Love this pretty creation! You could actually stitch on that, Jen McGuire does it all of the time! Fabulous design. Love all of your layers and that partial doily and especially that embroidery hoop. Send a frame with it too, wink wink!
What a clever creation and I bet she LOVED it! What a sweet design! And yes, time certainly does fly!! My daughter celebrated their 25th Anniversary a couple years ago and my granddaughter will be 30 (WHAT??) next March. Holy Moly ... where has it gone?
What a cute die to go with your heart. Such a sweet card. I love the saying with it too.
Such a sweet cross stitch heart image. I love it. Happy anniversary to your daughter and husband.
This is so lovely Connie! My daughter's anniversary is coming up in a couple weeks. I need to get busy making them a card. I love the different patterns and the lacy doily. Such a pretty card to celebrate their special occasion.
It sure does fly! Your card is the sweetest, Connie. The embroidery hoop is very authentic and the sentiment speaks the truth.
