Birthday Cake

I needed another girl teen card for my great niece. I remembered these watercolor cards so I found one that I thought would be good for a teen :) I colored it with markers instead of watercolor.

  • Taylored Expressions - Birthday watercolor panels, colored w/markers
  • Echo Park - Fine and Dandy paper
  • Srickles on the candle flames

I would like to share my card with the following challenges:
Sisterhood of Crafters Spots and Dots challenge
Seize the birthday Challenge Anything goes or Make your own snowflake background

We are staying in today, the feels like when I woke up was -5, it has reached 0 now. Time to get more crafting done :)

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,

Connie

you alway present such cute, colorful cards for teens, they are not the easiest cards to make. these are great "making days" aren't they. i am starting to get a little cabin fever...it's very cold here and we are expecting a lot of snow. you are in it's path too, i think??

Such a fun and lively birthday design. The bright patterns, bold sentiment, and those sparkling candle flames come together so well, and the image feels perfect for a teen card. The mix of dots and coordinating papers adds so much cheerful energy.
