Happiness

When I was thinking of neglected stuff in my cardmaking I realized I have not used ribbon in some time and I have actually never used this ribbon. So I went with trying to figure out how to use it, this is the design I came up with.

  • Make Special Cards Magazine - Die Cut image and papers
  • JoAnn - Twill tape ribbon
  • Sequins
Sharing today's card with:
Sisterhood of Crafter's Challenge Spots and dots challenge

Thanks so much for stopping by, hope that everyone in the path of these storms, especially those that will be getting the icy mess will stay throughout all of this. We may get up to 12 inches they are saying, I am hoping for less.

What a fun and cheerful card. Who wouldn't love to receive that. The ribbon is cute and the DSP is perfectly matched. I love those dancing pigs! Just too cute all around! Nice job. Stay warm, it's -8 here and they say it feels like -24. Minus is minus, cold is cold. It just takes you less time to feel it the lower the temp goes. Anyway, your card is adorable!

Wow. Love the big pop of wonderful colours. I'm in the same boat as you in having neglected stamps and products that are left untouched. Have a great weekend. See you Monday.

The ribbon adds such a playful burst of energy and pairing it with those dancing piggies makes the whole design feel instantly joyful. The mix of patterns works so well, and the sequins give it just the right touch of sparkle. A wonderful way to bring a neglected supply back into the spotlight.
