Playing in the Rain

I am sharing my last guest design post with the House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge Blog.  This week it is Sports/Activity challenge.  I went with Activity, playing in the rain :)  Even as adults we need to just go out and play in the rain every now and then.  I want to thank Christine and all the other designers for welcoming me and allowing me to be a part of the challenges these past months, it has been fun.

I really love how these two are enjoying a bit of fun in the rain, I think I am going to send this to a friend that is going through some hard times right now and say on the inside that even though we go through some rainy times we will see a rainbow soon.  I think we need to hear that every now and then.

I hope that if you are going through a hard time right now, that you can trust that there is light at the end of the tunnel, I am thankful to have Jesus in my life to get through these hard times.

Stampabilities - Puddle fun stamp, colored w/markers

It's the perfect way to end your GDT gig with HMAF, Connie! Beautifully done - I need that stamp! It's so cute, and certainly does apply for all the folks experiencing rain for leftover Florence! Beautifully sweet with the clouds, too! hugs, de

Such a sweet card, I'm sure your friend will appreciate your thoughtfulness :-)

I am going through a hard time lately-- well, since December. My brother murdered his wife and mother-in-law. Crazy huh? Even though they know he did it, they don't have enough evidence to arrest him just yet. Although what they do have in my opinion is overwhelming evidence-- they only have one chance to prosecute so they don't want to blow it.

I am fortunate to have strong faith in God to keep me going!

A very cute card, Connie. Rainbows.....always beautiful after rain. They are a sign of hope and God's love, aren't they, and of course His promises.

Adorable! You've done such a great job as guest designer and it looks like it's been a lot of fun. How could it not be with such cute images? Love how the SB mat looks in gold. I need to pull mine out and use it again. Love how this one can be either fun or elegant. Such a darling image!
