The Flower Challenge Blog has a Clean and simple challenge, which is a challenge for me because the more the better in my book, LOL! White space makes me nervous :) But I went for it and here is my result.
I used my layering dies for the flower and leaf, a strip of paper that a die cut a stitched border to and sprinkled some paint onto the background and added my die cut sentiment, it was quick because I have a stash of flowers already made up :)
- Gemini - Cosmo flower and sentiment dies
- Teresa Collins - He said she said paper
- Memory Box - Country stitches die
- Gem for the top of birthday ( lost the tiny die cut)
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today, hope you are enjoying your weekend!

I too think more is never enough. =) But....this card is beautiful, Connie. That flower is gorgeous. Love too, the strip of words against all the white space. A most elegant card.
A beautiful looking card.
Happy Weekend Wishes.

this is such a sweet card Connie! I like the strip with the colorful sentiments on it and the colors on the flower match perfectly.
This is beautiful Connie! You did a GREAT job on this CAS creation! I too struggle with all the white space (hence my joining a CAS DT to get over my 'white space fear' lol). Your flower is beautiful and overall design ... PERFECT!!
I hear ya about CAS lol This came out beautifully though! Well done! Love your Cosmo! (bunnies have found mine....grrrr)

CAS cards are hard for me too, but you knocked it out of the park with this beauty!
Doesn't look as though CAS is a challenge for you, Connie ... this is just so pretty ... it's fresh and crisp ... and the splatter is deliciously delicate! Thanks so much for your visit and kind words! Anita :)
It's gorgeous, Connie xoxo
