When I saw the challenge over at Double D Challenge cute little animals, the first thing that I thought of was the little turtle that came in my Spellbinders Advent calendar, he is too cute and comes with the balloon and party hat so it was perfect for our little nephew turning 2 on my hubby's side of the family :) The sentiment banner comes from the advent calendar too and I like how it cuts into the banner to reveal the sentiment.

We watched the Eclipse of the sun yesterday and was able to get some yard work done too, so no blogging for me yesterday so once again I am behind but I will be catching up with you all soon :)

cute...never got into making cards but....recently since teaching myself to watercolor, I am making cards to send out. One made so far don't go out till NOV....lol

This is so adorable. How sweet would a turtle party be for a kiddo. :) We couldn't see anything with the eclipse because it was tons of clouds and rain all day. I'm glad you got to catch it! xoxo

Cute little turtle card for a sweet 2-year-old. Well, he's 2, maybe not sweet all the time. Lol! Glad you were able to get some yard work done, and also see the eclipse!
