My nephew recently bought his first house. My brother tells me that after he graduated high school that they told him he could still live at home rent free as long as that money went into a savings account for him to by his own house, I just thought that was a great idea and he did it! Now he is all set if and when he ever gets married.
The clouds were stenciled and the rest are all die cuts. I added some pattern paper behind the house windows.

- My Favorite Things - Cloud stencil using tumbled glass distress ink

- Taylored Expressions - Evergreens die
- Hot off the press - 130 tiny words and Phrases stickers sentiment

A very nice scene. I love the look of white picket fences with a house on cards. It gives that "feel good" feeling to a card. Wonderful work putting in your clouds. Congrations to your nephew as well.

Fabulous new home card Connie, and my Daughter and SIL did the same with their two boys..it's a great idea and along with their compulsory retirement plan they are set..love the house and clouds in the sky with the birds and trees, fabulous scene and card..
