In my stamp group the challenge is to use Houses on our cards. When I was looking through my books of watercolor images for a different card I came across this one of a Church, now our churches are God's house, am I not right, so I tore it out and have had it on my desk to remember to use it, I colored with Aqua markers. Adding a bit of snow to make it more Christmas and stamped in the bulletin board Joy and a heart.
- Spectrum Noir - Serene Scenes Watercolor paper, colored w/ Aqua markers
- Simon says stamps - Tiny words Christmas (in bulletin board)
- Flower soft - White (snow)
- Taylored Expressions - Neighborhood border and Central Park dies
- Gemini - Torn Edge Circles die
- Stickles - Crystal (snow)
- StarForm - Merry Christmas sticker
Now looking at this next one on the computer I am thinking I may need to add a little more to this to make it look like a Christmas scene. Sponged the background, colored the rest with inks.
- Hero Arts - Wood Frame die
- House and tree dies were a gift from a blog win, no name on them, colored w/inks, background sponged on inks
- Simon Says stamps - Tiny words Christmas sentiment stamp
Thanks so much for stopping by today,
Connie

Love the church with the snowy roof tops, I need more flower soft, love the stuff, and all the little houses are fabulous, I have that die set, very handy for any season..fabulous cards Connie..
luv CHRISSYxx
Look at you go, you over achiever! All three cards are so sweet. Your coloring on the church card is stunning, Connie. I like that you added snowy roof tops. The little village scenes are super adorable as well.
Oh these are all fantastic! Love each one! That 1st one reminds me of our trip to Conwy Wales, quaint little village with a castle--don't they all have them? lol Love your snowy sky too! Your 2nd one reminds me of a deconstructed snow globe, so pretty (snow pretty!) Love the houses in white! And lastly, love the framed scene of your tall house neighborhood. These are awesome! Well done!
You're right, and the church is beautiful! It looks like a Hallmark card, but better. Your other two with the houses are charming, homey, sweet, cozy... all the good things in a Christmas card!
Yes, a church is God's house and I am with you using that image. Oh what a glorious image and so beautifully colored. The selection of die cuts and laying for the other two cards is perfect and well executed too.
They are all beautiful, Connie xoxo
OH WOW these are fabulous! Your coloring is spot on especially on that night sky on your first card ... BEAUTIFUL!!
I love them all, but the 1st one is my favorite!!
