Do you remember this post where I used plastic wrap to make the backgrounds? I showed both backgrounds and the red one was kind of messed up when I pulled the plastic wrap off, I decided that they would make lovely ornaments so I went about cutting a couple out, at first I was going to make two cards out of them but when I put them together on the card I liked that look so I went with both of them on one card.
I added a few sticker snowflakes I had to decorate the ornaments. A little inking on the pine branch, cut the tops and the hangers with metallic card stock.

Gorgeous card!
awesome..... love the snowflakes and pine brand.
Yes, I remember the post and I still think your purple background looks awesome, whether ornaments or other. I love the two together. I'm trying not to worry about my Christmas cards right now and telling myself that I'll go great guns after I do the last of my summer stamping. Keeping my fingers crossed as that's not my usual way.
Okay now this is pushing me to do the plastic wrap technique today, absolutely stunning Connie love the purple and the crinkles on the beautiful designed Christmas baubles. xx
Gorgeous ornaments, glad you didn't toss it out! Love this pretty Christmas card!
This is such a realistic pattern for ornaments, you really had a spark of genius when you thought of this idea. It is such a pretty card.
Outstanding! The green and purple are terrific together. I like how you used your technique for ornaments. I only think to use techniques for backgrounds, so thanks for the inspiration.
Well done for getting two cards done!
This card looks great.
Have a happy September - this year is flying by.
All the best Jan
Love those pretty purple ornaments hanging from the pine branch. You might only have two Christmas cards done at the moment but I am quite certain you will soon have more to gift to fortunate recipients.
Well done for making the most of your ‘leftovers’, love the baubles!
