Make a Frame

This coming week I am hosting a challenge in our cardmaking group and I have seen so many stamp sets that frame a card and then you can add a sentiment inside or what ever you chose.  I thought I have so many stamps that I could do my own instead of buying another stamp. So I am challenging my group to get out our stamps and make a frame for a sentiment. I am asking them to use at least 4 different stamps.

Unity Stamp- Insightful meadows stamp

Paper Smooches - Happy Birthday sentiment stamp

Inkadinkado - Garden Delight stamp set

Papertrey Ink - Meadow greens

Recollections - Stamp set (bees)

Stickles- Diamond (bees wings)

Here are the stamps I used

Just imagine all the themes you could do too :)

I have a question for you all on this new blogger I can't seem to keep all the list of my supplies together anymore when I hit return it automatically gives me an extra line between and I don't want that, can't figure out how to have it not give me an extra space in between.

The heat is coming back we are already in the 80's this morning.
Hope your weekend is off to a good start.

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and say Hi,

Connie

What a beautiful frame you've created Connie -- you're right, there are endless variations you could do! Lovely card!

I just noticed this morning that blogger is putting the extra space when you hit enter. I always use the bullet option when I list my supplies and that keeps them all close together. Not sure if that helps or not.

So so pretty. A very unique idea. The flowers are a nice contrast to the greenery

This card is a winner! I just love the stamps and the really serene color combination. You’ve really set a great example here!

I feel like that space between lines in the new blogger is new this week. It is pretty irritating. I can’t seem to get a preview of my posts before I hit publish either.

Beautifully designed card and stunning stamps you used with those colours.

You hit on a brilliant idea for a challenge, Connie! Beautiful border, so colorful and crisp. I haven't come across this problem yet with the new Blogger, but I know there's something different every day. You could try bullets, but I don't know what it's doing with those, either.

How fabulous your border you imagined looks, Connie! I also think using the bullets option might be the answer to your problem. This new blogger interface takes some time getting used to it.

Lovely stamped colors and design Connie.

Yes, the new blogger just started doing that, not sure if it is something that can be fixed.

Hugs Diane

I'm sure we all can say the same. We all probably never really need to buy one more stamp...but of course, we like to help the economy out in difficult and not difficult times lol LOVE the stamps you have chosen to create your oh so pretty frame! Lovely!

Love the design of your card, so pretty and a great idea to make the frame.
I have slipped back using the old blogger as I was having problems, but know I need to start again as the time is running out!
