Sorry For your Loss

My friend lost her Stepdad of many years, just a couple short years of losing her mom.  I turned to more of my 49 and market to make this card. I popped up the greenery and the butterfly for more dimension.

  • Hero Arts - Everyday Sayings stamp sentiment

We had tornadoes go through our area and one hit an Amazon Ware house 25 miles away, sadly so far 6 people have been found dead, they said they will still be working through the rubble for the next 3 days during daylight hours. I know there were many more areas hit by these tornadoes and I pray for all those that have been touched by them.

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,

Connie

So much devastation by the tornadoes in your part of the world, Connie. So many people's lives will never be the same. As for your lovely sympathy card for your friend, it will bless her heart at this difficult time in her life.

this card is gorgeous connie, you did a beautiful job on it...so much love!! i did not realize you were so close to the tornadoes!! very sad, so many people perished. i read an article that said the employees were not allowed to have cell phones in the building. had they been allowed to have them, maybe it would be easier to find them!!

the weather has been so tumultuous!!!

Your card is beautiful and I'm sure your friend will be touched by it. We have seen the photos of the Amazon Warehouse on TV as well as the factory in KY ... so so sad and I too pray for all those families who have lost loved ones & homes by this tornado. I think 'someone' is trying to tell us to straighten up and fly right!! Hugs to you my friend ... stay safe!

I am so sad to hear about all the deaths from our recent tornadoes.

This is one wonderful dimensional card. Great images and amazing layering you added.
