Heartfelt Thanks

My sister is always thinking of others and doing so much for our family, so we wanted to send her a thank you to show our appreciation for all she does.... my hubby found a little something to give her that we sent along with it.

The paper that I used in this card was a set of paper she found for me real cheap, see what I mean, always thinking of others :)

Our Daily Bread designs -- Chalkboard Birthday / thank you stamp set
DCWV -- Wild Splendor Stack
Martha Stewart -- Beaded Arcs border punch
Spellbinders -- Labels Eight die (has been inked with Wild Honey Distress ink)
Pilot Gold Pen (border around the orange matting piece, to go with the gold foiling in the paper)

I just love the gold shimmer outline of the flowers in this paper, you can really see it at the top right in the photo, but it is all over the paper.

Well I am off, my cat Jip has been on seizure medicine for a month now and the Vet would like to see her and check on how things are going.  Although she hasn't had a seizure in a couple weeks, whenever certain sounds happen, she shakes like she could go into a seizure at any moment, was hoping that would go away too, but happy we haven't seen a seizure in a little while.

Hope the week ahead is a good one for you,

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and for your kind comments, it means so much,
Connie

I think both you and your sister do a lot for others just by visiting your blog! You're always sending cards to "great" nieces and nephews! Your sister will adore this card! Hope Jip gets a good report.
