Sunflowers

Well this card is headed to my sister in law in the Ukraine and so I started off thinking I wasn't going to do many layers and then this happened, this is one of those cards you have pictured in your mind and it came out nothing like you had planned.

Stampin up -- Provencal stamp
Spellbinders -- Classic Oval Lg, Decorative Labels Twenty-eight, Ribbon tags trio dies
and Regal embossing folder
October Afternoon -- 5 & Dime paper
Hero Arts -- All Occasion messages
Straight n narrow  -- ribbon
Lace from Sabrina

I am a bit late posting today, I am trying to get caught up today and I am slow going.  We had a Beautiful day for our Fall Festival yesterday.  Although for me it was a bit too warm, but when we thought we were going to have rain and it ended up being sunny we couldn't complain about the heat (even if I did).  We had a good turn out and it always a bit crazy because we feed them at the very end of the event and so you have a huge amount of people coming at you wanting to eat.  I got a little warn out with all the walking back and forth from our church kitchen to take everything out to the side yard where we have a fire pit for anyone who wants to roast their hot dogs over the fire.  There are always people who don't like to eat them over the fire so I boil a couple dozen and they always go.

Hope the start to the week is a good one for you,
Thanks so much for stopping by,

Connie

Your card is gorgeous! I love the sunflower bouquet. Sunflowers just say "fall" to me. Gosh, the Ukraine is a long way to travel. I know it will be well loved when it gets there!
