Gallery cards

End of last year I was asked by Splitcoast Stampers if I would be on the Dirty Dozen Group.  For those of you that don't know this is a group that you can pay to join, it keeps the site up and running and only those people can see your cards and other Dirty Dozen members.  You can go on Splitcoast Stampers anytime you just can't view what is in that gallery unless you join as a Fan club member.

My months to create for the theme of the month was January thru June.  We are allowed to share a couple cards from each month after we are all done with our commitment on our personal blogs.  We had to make at least 6 cards every month, here are a couple from January.

  • Picket Fence studio - Slice of wood stamp
  • Gemini - Torn edge circle die
  • Impression Obsession - Spring bird die
  • Lawn Fawn - Fancy Scalloped Rectangle die
  • Echo Park - Fine and Dandy paper
  • Tim Holtz - Crochet die and small talk sentiment
  • Memory Box - Botanical Stem die
  • Pizzazz aplenty - 3mm Red gems

  • Gemini - Pattern paper from Advent calendar for blooms
  • Spellbinders Layered colorful blooms dies
  • Sizzix - Printers Ornament embossing folder
  • Bottom portion of card is from distress ink smooshing technique
  • Lace from my Mom
  • Sequins
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by,

Connie

Oooo....two beautiful cards! You know I love any card with a bird on it, and that one is so pretty with its red checks, paper lace, and slice of wood.
I love the colors, flowers, and lace on the second card. Both are gorgeous!

These are really sweet, Connie! Congrats on such an esteemed invitation! I'm partial to the bird and wood slice over the red gingham. So pretty with the lacy strip. The second card really speaks to my vintage-loving heart. Well done on both!

Hi Connie. It's really hard to say which of your cards is the prettiest, because I like them both so much!
Nice your choices

Clearly you had some stellar projects for the gallery! These are both droolworthy, Connie. My heart belongs to that pretty bird on the wood slice with gingham. You're so good!

I wish I got to the galleries for the Dirty Dozen more. These are great. I hope you enjoyed designing and liked the sketches that were created. :) Welcome to the dirt pile!

What an honor to be a bad girl. You did such and amazing job. I think I only viewed two months. Time really got away from me. This is a cute card with lumber behind the bird, and your distressed bottom portion on your second card looks wonderful.

Well done! I joined Splitcoast just when I started making cards ... I keep my membership up but rarely post cards there anymore (must remedy that!). Congrats Dirty Girl ... this card is fabulous!
